Taste four exceptional grower cuvées — each chosen for its character and depth — while virtuoso pianist Pavel Timofeyevsky creates live, improvised musical compositions inspired by the flavour, aroma, and mood of your glass. Along the way, he shares vivid and entertaining stories from the history and mythology of champagne.

Expect shimmering, impressionistic notes for bright mineral cuvées; deeper, dramatic harmonies for brooding Pinot-driven champagnes; playful rhythms for lively bubbles; and a final improvisation shaped entirely by the atmosphere of the room.
